Stay & Services
Do we need a car during our stay?
You don’t need a car to enjoy your stay — beaches, restaurants, shops and excursions are within walking distance or a short taxi ride. If you want to explore Gran Canaria in depth (Las Palmas, mountain villages, scenic drives), a rental car is recommended.
How many bedrooms does each apartment have?
Each apartment has 2 spacious master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms — designed so you can wake up to the ocean.
How many people can each apartment accommodate?
Depending on the apartment, capacity ranges from 4 to 6 adults, with room for babies or small children. All options prioritise privacy, space and comfort.
What’s the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 5 nights. For shorter stays, contact us — if we have a gap between reservations, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Pools & Amenities
Does each apartment have a private pool?
Yes — each apartment has its own private pool, exclusively for you. All pools use a gentler saltwater system, and in winter they can be heated on request (extra cost).
Are the pools heated?
From late autumn to early spring, we can heat your private pool on request (supplement applies), so you can enjoy it comfortably throughout the day.
What’s the difference between the apartments?
Inside, all apartments are alike: two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, open living spaces and ocean views. The difference is outside — each terrace has its own character (from infinity-style pools to larger decks or a villa-style garden).
Location & Surroundings
How far are the beaches?
Puerto Rico Beach is a 10-minute walk (≈350 m). By car/taxi you can reach Amadores (~3.3 km), Anfi del Mar (~4.3 km), Tauro (~4.4 km) and Patalavaca (~4.5 km) in under 10 minutes.
How far is the centre of Puerto Rico?
The lively centre — shops, restaurants and nightlife — is about 300 m away: close enough to walk, far enough to keep the peace and privacy.
Is there parking at the property?
There is no private parking on site, but free street parking is available nearby in spaces marked with white lines.
Check-in / Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 16:00–21:00, and check-out is before 11:00. If your flight schedule is different, let us know — whenever possible, we adapt to you.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Whenever availability allows, we’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out. Tell us your flight times and we’ll try to arrange it.
